Video Transcript: Scheduler Zero Product Demo
Introduction
Hey, guys. My name's Kareem. I'm one of the co-founders here at Scheduler Zero, and I wanted to walk you through what exactly it is that we've built here.
So to give you a little bit of context, what we've built is an outbound platform to support sales teams at companies, agencies that do outbound at scale.
Whether that's cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn even, this platform is built to support you. And to give you just an idea of what I'm talking about when I refer to high volume, I'm talking about tens of thousands of emails a day, if not hundreds of thousands. And similarly, with cold calling, I'm not talking about 50 dials a day, 70 dials a day. We're talking about hundreds of dials a day across multiple reps.
Multi-Channel Outreach
This platform is meant to support all of your multi-channel outreach efforts, tying in cold email with dials, with LinkedIn, whatever you can think of on one cohesive platform. Now, we have first class support for two things: dialing and cold email.
When I say that we have first class support, I don't mean that we just have a fancy UI, maybe some cool automations. No, I mean we take them very seriously. Deliverability and keeping your phone number reputation clean is our priority here. So having advanced warmup logic, segmented warmup pools, dedicated IPs for senders that qualify.
Inboxes & Warmup
So having things like advanced warmup logic, segmented warmup pools, dedicated infrastructure for people who send real volume. Now, you can take a look on the rest of the website and have a chance to see exactly what I'm talking about, where it goes into more detail, but let's get right into the demo here.
So we have our inbox page here, where you're able to control all the settings and see detailed information. You're able to send test emails, make sure that your SPF records, DMARC, all that good stuff is set up correctly, as well as seeing your warmup score. If you click on one of them, it will open up a Settings tab where you're able to see and set anything you need to.
Now, on the Warmup tab, you have a dedicated view to see all the analytics related to warmup for your entire workspace. Now, you might have caught that I only have Google set up, and I have it configured so that it only sends emails to other Google inboxes. Thus, it only shows deliverability by sender provider with Google here. On the left side of the screen here, we obviously have a way for you to verify emails, verify phone numbers, store your leads, and see the activity that you've actually sent to them.
Leads & Tasks
Whether it's email, dials, and listen to the call recordings as well. Now, you have a tasks view over here as well, where you're able to track manual work that needs to be done. You're able to come over here, assign a due date, link an individual lead, whether that was created from you calling them or emailing them.
Assign them to one of your SDRs or reps, tell them exactly what to do, and title it so that they can keep track of it. So let's say I got a reply, and they wanted to see my demo of the product before they actually hopped on a call. So I could have the subsequence set up to create a manual task for me that would look something like this, where it says, "Send a Scheduler Zero demo to your lead."
And I can assign it to multiple reps if I want multiple people to take care of this. At the same time, I can also link a lead, and from the leads view, we will have all the tasks set up similar to a CRM, and you're able to see which lead has which tasks done. You can see all the completed tasks, when they were due. You can group them by a due date if they weren't completed, and keep track of them.
Campaigns & Sequences
And make sure that your reps are on top of what they're supposed to do. Now, I have this test workspace set up here, and this is what the campaigns page looks like. We do have folders where you're able to nest campaigns and group them together. You obviously see the general analytics for the campaign.
And of course, here you're obviously able to see individual analytics for an individual campaign, and you can also see them step by step. Here you can see individual analytics per step if you're doing A/B testing. Turn off individual variations or a full step if you want. Now, what I'm gonna do is hop over into this campaign that I was working on here. This is where we can import leads, obviously. And this is the crème de la crème, which is our sequence editor.
And you can see all these varieties of different steps that I can use. We have phone calls, HTTP webhooks, text messages, email, whatever. And remember, if something here isn't what you really need, you're welcome to use the HTTP webhook to send it to Zapier, Trigger.dev, anything that you'd like, and have it configured to do exactly what you need it to do.
Syntax & Personalization
So one of the things that I'm sure, if you're sending cold email, you've encountered is trying to see, hey, is my syntax set up correctly? Did I miss a bracket here? Did I miss a bracket there? And one of the things that we've implemented is actual syntax highlighting, where we're able to highlight variables just like that, so that whenever you're writing campaigns, you can see exactly which things are randomizers, which things are liquid syntax, which things are as simple as a variable.
And you can see down here that we have personalization coverage, which checks how many leads that you have imported have the variable that you're referencing. We have obviously 0 leads, so it technically means 100%, but if only 50% of our leads had the first name, we would know, and it would show a different color, and we could actually set up a fallback for.
Contact Waterfall
Now, I wanna bring your attention to something here, which is our waterfall. Sometimes you might have leads that have multiple emails, right? They might have a Gmail that you had access to. Maybe they have 2 different business emails, and you're not sure which one is the best one to reach them. One of the things that you can do is upload leads with multiple emails, and our sequence will waterfall through the leads, email by email.
Or on the dialer, number by number, dialing them one by one to see which one actually gets you a response. And it's not gonna simply send to all 3 or 4 or 10 emails. It's gonna treat them as individual sequences, but it's gonna wait until one email is fully through the sequence and then move on to the next one.
This helps, like, if you're like us, when you're running an influencer agency, when you have multiple influencers with multiple emails each, you don't know which one is actually gonna get the response for you, so you have to email them one by one. And on other email sequencers, you're actually needing to basically put them into separate campaigns, separate lead lists, and cycle through them manually.
Unibox & Master View
Now, we obviously have our Unibox here, all the good stuff. We have real-time updates. We have the sent tab, starred, all that good stuff. If you have multiple workspaces and you're working, for example, with multiple clients for your agency, you of course have this master view where you're able to see the performance of all your inboxes, all your workspaces.
Dialer
Now, if we take a look on the dialer here, we have our analytics page where you're able to see the performance for your specific workspace or per your individual rep. Now, you have two modes to dial here. One is gonna be the single dial, where you're able to enter one number at a time, choose out of any of the numbers that you have assigned.
I have one, but if you had multiple across different countries, like let's say UK, Canada, US, or just different state codes, it will automatically match it based on the number that you enter here. And if I were to dial somebody over here quickly, once the call is ended, we get this pop-up that lets us connect this call activity with a lead, whether that's one that we need to create, or it already knew this number.
We're basically able to update the disposition, the lead information, or we're able to attach it to a different lead as well. Now, the second mode is gonna be over here in the power dialing section. If we open one of these lists and we have all these leads in here, we're able to verify all the phone numbers. We have their time zone set on the actual lead object.
And when we wanna dial, we can either press the single one and use the list as kind of just like a data source to type them in one by one, or we can press start dialing over here to start a power session. Right before you start your session, it'll let you pick which numbers do you wanna use. You'll turn on power mode. It will say, how long do you wanna wait in between the calls? If you want a little bit of break, or you could just put this straight to 0 and it will continuously dial them back to back.
So when I'm ready to dial, I basically just press dial and it starts the session, going one by one until everybody is done. I can skip them. I can write notes over here, save the notes, and I can just go back to dialing the next person. Once I'm done, I'm able to end the session and it will take me over to the session analytics.
Numbers & Voicemail Drops
That will show the rate and analytics of the entirety of the session. Once I'm done the session, we will have the session data stored, so you can see the performance that you had per session. You're able to control all the numbers that you have here. We have inbound routing, so when one of your leads hear your voicemail and call you back, it will dial a specific phone number that you want, whether that's your rep's personal phone, your call center, whatever.
You're able to easily provision numbers on the fly from different countries. We all know that our reps need to leave more voicemails. If you are dialing yourself, you need to leave more voicemails, but nobody wants to spend the 15 to 30 seconds it takes to actually leave one at the end of the call. So all you have to do with our platform is record it one time, and when you're power dialing, it will automatically leave the voicemail that you pre-recorded on the lead's phone, and you can just be moved on to dialing the next person.
Workflows & AI Agents
Now, the last thing that I wanna show you guys here is basically our workflow section. This workflow section is extremely advanced, where you're able to set up sub-sequences, workflows that you wanna run on a positive reply, maybe only for specific campaigns. You can take those templates, copy them, tweak them for specific campaigns for specific reasons. You could have setups that will watch your inbox health and automatically remove them from the campaigns, will keep them warm, only on warm-up to kind of recover them and put them back in.
Sometimes when you're doing a soft CTA and you need somebody to basically draft, let's say, an overview, a campaign, anything that you're kind of thinking of, you might be like me and you have all your skills and GTM stuff in a GitHub repo, and you just use Codex or Claude with it. Now, if you're using something like Conductor or Codex remote workspaces or Claude remote workspaces, all you need to do is set up a workflow here that will basically prompt your workspace agent in a specific GitHub repository to do whatever it needs to do for every positive reply.
And when you hook that up with our MCP or API, you can have the actual agent do the work and send it back to your leads, and you don't have to spend time and time and time or money on an inbox manager or inbox SDR.
